The Florey Medical Research Foundation need and welcomes bequests of all sizes. 

The Foundation supports a wide range of medical research projects at The Adelaide Medical School, which has provided excellence in teaching and research for over a hundred years. All the projects undertaken are of international standard. 

The Florey Medical Research Foundation is named to honour the memory of The Adelaide Medical School's most famous graduate, Howard Florey, who received the Nobel Prize for his work in developing penicillin. 

The Foundation is prudently administered by The Medical Foundation of The University of Adelaide. The policies of its honorary Board of Governors ensure that all bequest income is managed to generate annual income in perpetuity. 

In the case of a significant bequest such as all or part of an estate, or nominated sum, a separate capital fund can be established and named in honour of you, your family, or a particular loved one. With such a bequest, the name will live forever as a permanent memorial in support of the advances that quality medical research will make.
